Work duration : 3 days - 1 month per work (depending on complexity).

I sort the queue according to time of receiving payment.

I charge for urgent commission +30% of the total cost.

Commissioning me means the commissioner accepts all these terms and conditions.

No refund are offered in every case.

Default paper setting : 3000x3000 px, 350 dpi (This setting can be changed if requested before the start of each work.)

Personal use only !! (Commercial use is negotiated individually. I charge for commercial use +100% of the total cost.) Personal use means the artwork won't generate to commissioner any kind of profit.

All Vtuber-related commissions are all commercial use.

Always give credit to me (@nonsang_08) as the creator.

I have the right to post my work (watermark version) as examples on my platforms.

Do not copy / repost / trace my art. My works cannot be used for NFTs.

If you do not reply me within 48 hours after I contact you, you slot will be cancelled.

If the slot is cancelled, I have the right to resell my art on my platforms.

If you breach the agreement, you will no longer have the right to use my art. Also, I have the right to resell the art on my platforms.

I make up to 2 major edits in the sketch process per work. If the number of edits exceeds 2, I charge an additional fee +€3 for each edit. After the sketch is confirmed, more major edits will cost additional fee depending on complexity.

However, if there is no brief of the posture and composition, every major edits will cost additional fee.

I make up to 3 minor edits per work. If the number of edits exceeds 2, I charge an additional fee +€3 for each edit.

Major edits: changing the pose, altering the composition.

Minor edits: adjusting colors, changing facial expressions.

Payment is made within 48 hours after you claim a slot.

Every work is paid at full cost. Paying by installment can be negotiated individually.
